If you already live in Idaho and know the market, we can begin looking at homes
right away. However, if you are considering relocating to the area I suggest that
you allow us to take you on an area tour at the beginning of your visit. An afternoon
spent touring the area will help you get the lay of the land and will help make
the balance of your visit much more valuable. We'll show you the different parts
of town, discuss the characteristics of each area and visit a home or two in each
location to help you get a feel for the architectural style, neighborhood characteristics
and affordability of each area.
Once you know which area(s) you're interested in, we can focus your home search
accordingly. You are welcome to provide us with a list of homes you would like to
see, or if you prefer, provide us with the critera you are interested in and we
will arrange a property tour of homes on your behalf.
Whether you would like an area tour or would prefer to begin looking at homes in
earnest immediately, we are happy to be of service. You call the shots. Just say
the word and we will get to work for you right away. And remember, our services
are always 100% free to buyers, no strings attached.
Also, you may wish to get pre-qualified for a loan prior to home shopping. Getting pre-qualified will help ensure that you're shopping at the right price point and will also improve your negotiating position.
