My name is Irina Pavlov, and I’ve spent the last 20 years making Boise, Idaho, my home. Though I wasn’t born here, this city has shaped who I am and has become a place I’m proud to raise my family and build my career. I originally grew up in Colorado, but when my family moved to Boise during my sophomore year of high school, everything changed..
Fast forward to today, and I’ve had the privilege of living in Boise for over two decades. Over the years, I’ve watched the city grow and evolve into the thriving, vibrant place it is now, and I couldn’t be more grateful to be part of it. Boise has become more than just a city to me—it’s home, and it’s where I’ve built a life and a career.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve had a passion for real estate. It might sound cliché, but from a young age, I was fascinated by homes—everything from the architecture to the stories behind them. Real estate always seemed like a natural fit for me, but it wasn’t until much later that I made it a reality.
Before stepping into the real estate world, I worked in customer service for many years. That experience taught me one crucial thing: it’s all about the customer. No matter the industry, no matter the situation, the most important aspect of any job is making sure the customer feels heard, valued, and understood. This is something I’ve carried with me into my real estate career. It’s not just about buying or selling houses; it’s about creating an experience where clients feel supported, respected, and confident in their decisions.
Over the years, I’ve honed my skills as a listener, a communicator, and a problem solver—all of which are vital to the real estate process. I understand how stressful it can be to buy or sell a home, and I’m committed to making that journey as smooth and rewarding as possible. Whether it’s negotiating a deal or simply offering guidance, my goal is always to put my clients’ needs first. I’ll work tirelessly to help you find the home that fits your needs, your budget, and your dreams.
Alongside my professional life, I’m also a mom to two wonderful children. They’re my pride and joy, and they inspire me every day. Raising my kids in Boise has given me a deeper connection to the community and a greater understanding of what families need when choosing a home. From finding the best schools to seeking out family-friendly neighborhoods, I can offer insights from both a personal and professional perspective. Boise is a great place to live, and I’m passionate about helping others make it their home too.
In my spare time, I enjoy nature walks through Boise’s many parks and trails. There’s something about being outside and taking in the fresh air that brings me peace. I also love spending time with my family and friends, and board games are a favorite way to bring everyone together for some fun and healthy competition. Reading is another hobby of mine—whether it’s fiction, personal development, or learning more about the real estate industry, I’m always looking for ways to expand my knowledge.
Real estate is a fast-paced, ever-changing field, but I’m ready for the challenge. My years of customer service experience, my deep connection to Boise, and my genuine passion for helping people make this the perfect career for me. I believe that buying or selling a home is a personal and significant experience, and I am committed to making it a positive one for every client I work with. I will work hard to get people the home they want. Whether you’re buying your first home, selling a property, or searching for something new, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
Let’s get started! Your perfect home is waiting, and I’m excited to help you find it.
